Hello,
I am inviting you to come visit http://hfradio.org - a site with many
resources
for Shortwave Radio and Utility Listeners, Ham Radio Hobbiests, and others who
might be interested in this type of content.
So, come on by and check out my non-commercial SWLing/Ham Radio website. The
URL is http://hfradio.org and features DX information, including QSL
Route/Manager Lookups and Callbook Lookups; a Propagation Center including my
eAlert service (allows you to sign up with your email address. Then the
eAlert
system will send you email propagation reports. I use this with my pager.);
Equidistant Azimuth Map software (allows you to create maps of any QTH); Swap
and Shop; Bookstore (I've hand-picked over a thousand book titles on radio,
etc.); Free website space for YOU to create your own Ham or SWL site, and
there's more. Easy to navigate. Open for suggestions.
If you feel up to it, after looking around the site, drop me a note (you'll
find my address on the site) and share your thoughts.

'lo ppl.
I'm working on seting up a packet <==> internet gateway.
I'm aware it's not something new.... but there are a lot of thing I
still can't really understand.
I've reading about it and I've found terms like Rose, NetROM, and so on.
What do I really need?? What's all that stuff???
The only thing I'm trying to do by now is to provide internet acces to
hams currently working over normal packet TNC's.
Any comments and/or help???? :)

Hmm, did you see this one? If it were any better-documented I think I'd
have carpal-tunnel syndrome from all the typing. :-)

I wonder if you're thinking of Fredrik Oberg's page
(http://w1.911.telia.com/~u91105482)? His work at 10 megabits/sec
predated mine. And his English is a lot better than my Swedish, so I'm
inclined to cut him a little slack even though there are some rough
edges in the overall design and presentation.

Subject: New RTTY software for Windows 95/98/NT
Hi, All!
I want to attract your attention to my new software - TrueTTY V0.10.
It is program to decode radioteletype (RTTY) via sound card to text.
No additional hardware required - your need only receiver
and computer (5x86-133 or better) with sound card.
Windows 95/98/NT. I plan to implement transmit feature in next
versions.
You can get it from
http://ua9osv.hypermart.net or
http://ua9osv.tsx.org .
In this sites you can find my CW software also.
