I finally got Powerboot to enable ne to create a 'slideshow' on a dvd.
I took it to my DVD writer and put it in. Immediately, I got an on screen
message " This disc has the wrong Manual, would you like to correct it?"
Yes/No ?
I didn't correct it and my pics were displayed.
Nothing in any of the docs says anything about having a wrong 'manual'.
Maybe stuff I have recorded on the DVD recorder has a the wrong 'Manual'
for the drive on the PC, which is why it won't play it.
I am still baffled.
I suppose the knowledge that the DVD I bought from Kowboy Komputers and the
fact that it will play, makes it more annoying.
I never had this problem with CD -RW.
A bit more info, in case anyone can help. I'll keep playing but, 'til
tomorrow, it can take a rest.
73. Ian.
