Hi Spiros

I had this problem with a particular hardisk and found that the
fixing screws holding the HDD to the frame were not only too tight
but just a shade too long. Inserted a set of new shorter screws and
the problem disappeared.

Possibly the answer to your problem as mine was exactly the same.
