That is another nasty Barry. Before I changed my email address I got those
regularly from many places. According to them I was a millionaire several
times over. If you reply I have been told that you will either 
(a) be asked for your bank account details with the obvious result OR
(b) be asked to ring a certain phone number where they receive money for
each minute you are on the phone. This is billed to your phone account. If
they get a few hundred people taken in and ringing the amount of money
they receive is considerable. These are the phone numbers used by
prostitutes at so much money for a  minute, while you talk dirty to them.
Some people seem to get off on that sort of thing - at a price.
