I believe that the Australian Government HAS made sending of spam illegal,
and I never see any spam which has originated in this country. It all
comes from overseas. I have had no spam since I changed my email address
and have avoided using the Net to order from any but "safe" sites (printed
music, classical music  CDs etc.)
