Rx is offset as your programs will probably tell you and I can look it up if
needed. I have some Taits which play up and it's mostly the "tiny trimmers"
in the PLL getting dirty and needing to be replaced.
Others will help I'm sure with more details. I have some fix it info for...
136-174MHz. and 400-520MHz but not 70MHz.
