Yes, correct, in all the ones I have had open. ut consider the Psu in the
desktop pc, and it is usually in a metal case, with good earthing, and the
PC is usually in a similar metal container, as well. Then consider thr psu
for a laptop. Most often in a plastic case, amd external in location.
It is like comparing double glazing, to a plastic sheet in a window frame
to eliminate noise, un less I am suffering W.E.O.T.S.,* again
