Hi Pete and Noman,
Ah, I see said the blind man! I don't read the entertainment pages so
this sheds a whole new light on things. My comments about a California
judge in the other post stand as I thought you were talking about a
criminal matter and they were from that perspective. Now it becomes clear
it's a civil matter where a whole different set of laws apply.
Actually there is an error in that AP article. Speaking from personal
observation all dialog was dubbed with one being English and the other
Urdu, not Arabic.
Now here's another big fat HUH, here's a condensed quote that gets
straight to the point without a shred of confusion.
"...Steven Seiden, who represents Nakoula...
He said Seiden does not represent Nakoula..."
WTF??? This is how it reads with superflous text removed and the
contradictory statements placed back to back so please don't accuse me of
spinning or twisting, the meaning has not changed once the mud was
removed.
Oh so Nakoula was previously convicted of bank fraud, had Garcia known
this of her employer I have my doubts she would have become involved with
him in the first place. Then you never know, somehow good girls like bad
boys... so you decide.
Oh here's a news flash, the other day You Tube was barely working and
more often than not I got "unknown error" messages. Google was just plain
on the fritz with long delays and some so long the Firefox pop up panel
"cannot find server" appeared. I have a sneaky feeling this coincided
with Google blocking access to that film in the countries mentioned in
the AP article.
