18/04/2003: Tom, 9A2AA/p, is going to activate some Croatian islands on
April 18th, after 09:00 UTC. All islands are in the EU-016 group (incl.
Otocic Murvica lighthouse, WLHA LH-0806). Some of islands are: Murvica
(LH-0806, CI-457, not before 13:00 UTC); Stipanska (CI-213); Macaknar
(CI-431); Orud (CI-198); Drvenik Veli (CI-017); Drvenik Mali (CI-016) and
Krknjas (CI-296). QSL via CBA, direct or bureau. [Tnx 9A6AA]
18/04/2003: Wade, AA8LL/p and Liz K8LIZ/p plan to be QRV from Marblehead
Lighthouse (USA-472, Ottawa County, Loc. EN81pm), Ohio, April 18th to 20th.
They may also activate other Lake Erie, South shore lighthouses as well.

20/04/2003: Look for Kevin, MW3AFR/p, and Melfyn, MW3AGN/p, to be QRV April
20th from the Point of Ayre Lighthouse (WAL-018, Grid Loc. IO83). Start time
will be approximately 10:30 UTC. They plan to be active on all bands, but
probably mostly on 40 meters. QSL via home calls, direct or bureau. [Tnx

23/04/2003: The RZ6AZZ team (UA6AMB, RU6AX, RX6AH, RW6CT, RA6AX, UA6MF and
RA6AU) will be active from the Caspian Sea Islands between April 23rd and
28th. They plan to activate Morskoy Ivan Karaul Island (RRA-new, RDA KM-05
for the Russian Districts Award) using the call UE6IKI, and Morskaya Chapura
Island (RRA-new, RDA KM-05) using the call UE6IAA. Operation will be on 40
through 10 meter CW and SSB. It is possible, that the team will be active
with personal calls /p. QSL UE6IKI and UE6IAA via RA6AU. [Tnx WRC/RRA]
28/04/2003: FO/JJ8DEN, will be active from Maupiti Islands (OC-067) between
April 28th and May 1st. He also plans to activate Maupihaa Atoll (OC-057)
during this period. Operation will be on HF, CW and RTTY. QSL via JJ8DEN,
direct (Yoshitake Izumi, Minami-24-7, Nishi-1, Obihiro-City, Hokkaido,

01/07/2003: The same team that operated from Prins Karls Forland Island
(EU-063, Loc. JQ58WK) in June, 2001, are planning a return trip to the same
area. Look for Prins Karls Forland (EU-063, Loc. JQ58WK) Dxpedition 2003 to
take place between July 1 and August 2, 2003. Operation will be on all bands
160 through 6 meters. Further information can be found at
