Exactly. I commented on these very points a week or so ago.
My opinion of the EULA is that it is almost a pact with the Devil. It
seems that the longwinded repetitious nature of these is such, that you
will get so miffed at the waffle that you skip the rest (that contains the
almost giving up your birthright) and hit the agree button, just to get on
with it. As I said, Insidious documents created by insidious employees of
a profession with a dodgy nature to enrich even more insidious ( your
choice of descriptor!)
