Hi.
We have had three new volunteers for the GB2CW RSGB Morse broadcast
service in the last month. It is gradually improving, and it was good to work
a few new licencees in the last RSGB CC Club Contest ( CW section ) including
a couple of M3 calls, who were sending very nice Morse, and doing quite well
too!
However, new volunteers are always needed and it is very easy to do just an
hour or so a week. Please give some thought to doing it for your area, the
newer licencees will be very grateful. Hopefully we can get a large number of
good CW ops out of this.

Here in Norwich we have had a lot of success and quite a number of them are
now taking part in the CC contests, so it does really produce results.

Drop me a line, either via this medium, or Email at g3ldi@yahoo.co.uk and
I can get all the information to you.

My bi-monthly column in PW is very popular so it does show that there is
a real interest in Morse in spite of the non requirement in the licence.

I look forward to hearing from you.

73 de Roger, G3LDI, RSGB GB2CW Co-ordinator.
