I find Morse useful when I'm out with my portable stations which often
attract public attention.

Why is it useful ?

Because I feel like a complete plonka doing rain dance chants (CQ's)
in public ;-)

Lets be honest - what on earth must a non radio ham make of some nutter
bawling "see queue see queue eighty metres" etc into a little black box?

Using Morse comes across as more professional and add some intrigue to
the non ham.
