No Bob, I didn't miss the point, I simply added one of my own. I'm well
aware that to send and receive CW all you need is the simplest bits and
an ear (or maybe an eye and a flashing light) but MY point was entirely
different. Now why do we always have to hash out the simplest of things
before YOU get the point? (groan)
