Ok, Derrick, you are very right.
The third party traffic is forbiden in France and many other countries in
Europe.
What the european sysops can do to protect our european packet net when
such bulls are arriving on BBS's ?
For them that's a real problem and more work to do only to respect
national rules.
If any bulls as in example nø2 are send on the net, that's becoming an
impossible task for sysops.
If possible, sysops in every countries where third party traffic is
allowed must sort out the bulls and countries to forward them.
But that's also more work for them : What is the solution ? I don't know !
or suppress third party traffic... but...Wwoooo !
