So its CBers time is it? I take it the rag chewers have stopped droning on
about the demise of morse, snuff, valves, the Ford Model T, T rex (the meat
eating, smelly one, not the rock band), and everything else that has been
thrown about on the BBS from here to the outer planets! So, some of them do
not pay their dues.......what do they get for their œ15.00,......NOWT...JACK
DIDDLEY SQUAT, ZILCH! no protection from abuse by the the hairy council flat
dwellers whom insist on playing M-en-M at full blast down their mic 24-7.
Give them all a break (er) get down off your high horses, put your toys back
in the pram and lets all get on! With the government flogging off every bit
off spare radio space going it wont be long till we are shareing the same
blasted radio space anyway! Oh, and when was the last time you heard of a
27mhz set interfering with a top notch filtered up to the hilt well built bomb
proof emergency comms set? Check the date.... yes its 2001 chaps, WAKE UP!
PS Im a quite hairy ex council house dweller, and yes I too started on CB, I
now use both to chat to good long time mates, I do not forget my past just
because I got my ticket... their are a few people out there whom like to chat
but have (for what ever reason) not taken the ticket, stop being snobs and
listen to some of them have to say... no doubt you will learn somthing.
