Yes, I was forgetting the recent changes to allow connection to the 
internet.

I'm sure in my own mind that the intention of the 'spirit' of the change was 
to provide the amateur network with a means of passing AMATEUR traffic from 
one part of our network to other parts of our network.

Whichever way it is interpreted by individual amateurs, I feel sure that it 
was NOT the intention to permit the amateur network to pass non-amateur 
traffic.

Time will tell.
