In a reply to my recent bulletin Uli DK2GO confuses the From Field with
an indication of who transmitted the bulletin first on an amateur band.

The from field ONLY indicates who originated the bulletin.

The R: lines are the only indication on who transmitted the bulletin in
the amateur netork. Callsigns only have value as an identification of a
radio transmission.

Uli could you send me a copy of the regulation in Germany that
prohibits bulletins that are originated in the CB network appearing in
the amatuer network and where it specifically states that the FRom field
MUST be an amateur callsign ? I can get it translated but your
translation would I am sure be of interest to others.
