Sorry, I know it's a poor joke David, but I couldn't resist!
(On further reading I've notice you've typed "Derugulated" again so maybe
you meant exactly that, and the yolk's on me?)
CB doesn't see a fantastic amount of use here in Ayrshire. Most have moved
over to take MM3 calls, but there's still the odd one or two die-hards on
the 27/81 channels. I guess that when the channels are taken away, these
people *will* then operate pirate radio stations ala 11 metre "band" which
was quite popular only a couple of years ago but has seen a declining
popularity of late (I wonder why? ;) <TIC>).
