The patch is for running BPQ in any situation. It fixes a problem that
could cause BPQDLL.DLL, PAC4.EXE and SWITCH.EXE to crash when an "unusual"
nodes broadcast was heard.
All mu BPQ bits and pieces have been sent on packet in the past, so I 'm
not going to send them again now, but the relevant URLs are:-
http://www.ui-view.com/winpack/win98bpq.txt (BPQ and Win98)
http://www.ui-view.com/winpack/bpqpatch.htm (the patch)
http://www.ui-view.com/winpack/bpqjjf.htm (BPQ with a Baycom modem)
