Not true in all cases... i have tried running FLEXNET and TSTHOST fore some
time, and it worked great at start, but after apprx. a week things was very
slow...
when FLEXNET was going on-air, the transmission was very long, it seems
that FLEXNET has adjusted the TXDELAY, so a simpel RR-packet was 7-10
seconds long....
my guess is, my home BBS has some very good ears, hears a lot of stations,
so when my station is talking with the bbs, it does not allways answer at
once, i have to resend 2-3 times before an answer is send from the bbs...
so FLEXNET adjusts itīs parameters, in this case, flexnet dosenīt work
very well.
I thing a good idea would be if your could enable/disable this auto
adjustment.
Perhaps there is a solution to this already, but not to my knowlege.....
if you know, i would like to try it again.....
