Aarrhhh Warren, you've wounded me... Here I was thinking we wuz on first
name basis and you didn't even remember my callsign ;-(
The gripeing I was referring to was during the recent CW Contest when
there was absolutely zilch on 10mx at this location.
In the last two or three weeks I've been having a bit of a turkey shoot on
15mx, have worked more missing DX there over that time than over the
previous 3 years albeit the signal strengths (or perhaps as a result of my
ageing ears, ergo decrepit hearing) have been extremely weak.
Strike me lucky !!! I've even managed to pick up Indonesia and Nepal for
the first time ever.. (Didn't even manage them when I was VK9TB from Port
Moresby and Rabaul)..
