Hello 13 cms freaks.
A new 13 cms beacon is qrv from 16-1-96 on. IT's frequency is 2320.885 and
the callsign is PI7RMD. It is situated on the TV tower in Roermond at a
height of 100 ASL.
The power is 1 W into a double quad antenna, 10 dB gain I hope..
So the ERP will be 10 Watts. The direction of thre antenna is about 180
degrees.

The beacon is build with the following units:
OCXO from a dj6jj design on 96.70354..MHz, an amplifier, a PIN diode switch
for keying, a multiplier *24 from UHF Unterlage part 5 2176 oscillator, a 7
times tuned interdigital filter and The amplifier part of the DB6NT
transverter for 13 cms with a CLY5 and CLY 10 as amplifier transistors.
So quite straight forward.
