Somewhat off the subject, but further to Dick Smith
It is called Dick Smith Electronics (or DSE for short) The advertising
stil has the name Dick Smith with his physog in between, and is oft
(unkindly) referred to as Dick head Smith.
I do understand that he has no actual association with the company now.
His callsign is (or was) "VK3(I think) DIK"
Nicer chappie than Billy Goats, i feel. But, I am biased, parochial, or
just plain cynical.
