Hello SYSOPS and Users outside of Australia.

   I have written a server for my BBS which will send VKNET bulletins to
stations outside of Australia as P mail. Its purpose is to provide VKNET
bulletins for Australian amateurs in other countries.
 It is activated like this;

SP REQBUL @ VK2AAB
Anything for title
Message text can be anything, just let me know who you are, name callsign etc.

Send the REQBUL message from your normal BBS as that is where they will be
sent. It has been written specifically for VKNET but if there is sufficient
SYSOP interest I can expand it to be configured on start up for whatever @
field is required. The user could perhaps specify what TO fields he does not
want to receive, eg bulletins with DX in the TO field.

   Your comments appreciated.
