Found: Murchison,South Island ZL,.. Out side tea rooms after a vintage car
rally had passed through, a one shilling 1916 coin, rather worn with a picture
of GEORGIVS V DEI GRA:BRITT:OMN:REX on the back ( King George 5th, I suppose)
This may have been a lucky coin? or a coin lost down the back of a seat! And
it fell out, I can only wonder...It was exciting to find it that day, there on
the street, nearly 100 years after it was made!!
