Pete, you are going to have to define your standards. Just exactly what do
you mean by 'decent' and what moral code do you use to define it?

I can guess that one, and if it is to do with a certain red liquid found
in mammals, then that is entirely normal and decent in average Aussie
parlance, used in government anti drink/drive ads too.
It would seem your particular standard of what constitutes 'decent'
language on packet differs sharply from the majority, and I think you may
have to either revise those standards or simply stop hurling vitriol upon
those of us who choose to use comman parlance.

We do. And by our standards, we behave exactly as we think Radio Amateurs
should behave. With humour, style, tolerance and understanding. Oh, and
next Amateur tells me to be 'gentlemanly' is going to get told!!
