Hi Andy and all,
This is going to be a hard row to hoe, the precident having been set. US
Law provides for once a case has been decided in any state the precident
applies to all ially
endorsed it and of course the sheep follow the shepherd.
Never mind the courts, the future of BPL will be decided in the market
place. Your concern is the door has been opened and rightly so BUT that's
a horse of another color and future interfering cable-telco war where
competition is fierce. My crystal ball tells me cable will die a horrible
death when fiber optics take full hold and telco will provide more and
better service than cable ever dreampt of. How's that for an RF leakage
free enviof our network.
