As many BBS are implementing passwords, I wanted to automate the
process, from a !ComLink script. ie the script itself would send a
response rather than having to send a password manually at log-in. I
guess having used !ComLink for a few years, doing things manually from
the keyboard is pretty alien to me!

I've written a small BASIC program that can be called up from a
!ComLink script. This converts an incoming code to a system variable
Pass$Word which can then be sent using TYPE:. It does this by the use
of a password, stored as a text file in From_BBS.

I've been using it on my BBS for the last week and it works fine here.
The author Alan has a copy though it's not "officially" approved but
if your interested in more information, I'd be happy to pass on
details.
