Perhaps a range filter got flipped on accidentally? Check Setup->Main,
"Main Parameters" tab. Near the lower right corner there is a range filter
option. Also check the "Data" tab for the "Delete Data by Range (miles)"
option.
What is your internet filter string? (Setup->Setting->Internet->Filter)

I found out it was the particular server. I switched to a different
internet server and the problem cleared up.

Be careful with APRS+SA (or any client) connecting to a full feed port on a
server. All javAPRSSrvr servers offer a user-defined filter port (14580)
which you should consider using. APRS+SA supports filters to be defined in
the aprsserve.txt file. The filter format can be found at
http://www.aprs-is.net/javaprssrvr/javaprsfilter.htm
Why do I say "be careful" "connecting to a full feed port"? Most APRS
clients, even on a powerful PC on a broadband connection, have difficulties
keeping up with the full APRS feed. If you are running an IGate, you will
start to see disconnects from the server, extensively delayed packets, etc.
caused by the application not servicing the data stream fast enough. You
will also see your application's responsiveness decline over time.
Something to think about. You can connect to a full feed port but it will
be your system that is most adversely affected.

Subject: [aprssig] D7 D700 Calibrate Command
Has anyone found the Calibrate command of the D7 or D700 to be useful for
anything other than transmit?
I was trying to use the Calibrate command between a D7 & a TM-221/KPC-3
combo last night & found the KPC-3 to have a very useful transmit & receive
Calibrate command. However, it looks like the Kenwood D7 & D700 Calibrate
command only works for transmit, as there appear to be no optional
parameters. It is either on or off.
