Subject: [aprssig] Survey beacon rate?
Smart beaconing is great for most things, but can, as designed, result in
long periods of no position transmission. This can, and has been, confused
with gaps in coverage. If you are surveying digi coverage, is there a
recommended interval for beaconing? Obviously there is a lot of "it
depends" here.
