Okay thanks, Stephen. I note that better now is,
http://www.ew.usna.edu/~bruninga/aprs/fix14439.html
or
http://131.122.80.201/~bruninga/aprs/fix14439.html
And of course, http://info.aprs.net
It's hard for all of us to find time to adjust/update our obsolete settings
(especially if they still _seem_ to work for us), but I hope we will keep up
to help each other on our network.

P.S. Steve K4HG, I know we're all very pleased to hear your findu 2U rack
mount Dell server was able to journey overnight to a new home. Thanks to
you and our new hosts for all your work for us. Hope the server made the
journey tolerably.

Subject: [aprssig] rotate2.aprs.net down?
I seem to be having difficulty connecting to rotate2.aprs.net:14580. It's
been problematic since sometime yesterday afternoon. Are there known
problems? Is there an alternate 'rotate' server available as a backup?
Brad.

Try rotate.aprs2.net - it will work better - hi! I'm assuming that the
"rotate2.ars.net:14580" is a typo, but...
I just heard from my brother. He was connected using rotate.aprs2.net but
not seeing any incoming data. He checked all of the usual suspects.
Everything looked like it should be working. Via TCPIP, I could see his
station on the map. He could see his own station. He had successfully sent
me an APRS message on port I (India) but not received an ack from me. I had
sent several replies but not received an ack. We got together on HF and
took a look at it.
My conclusions... when VE7CUU was connected to "T2MCI" (using
rotate.aprs2.net:14580 and a valid filter, he didn't receive any data from
the server. It looks like that server is central.aprs2.net in Kansas City
MO. To verify this, I just connected to central.aprs2.net:14580 but
received no data. I then sent a message to SERVER on port I (India) and the
server verified that it had received my filter when I had connected, but
nothing else was rolling in. The only data I saw in the monitor window was
when I beaconed. Looks like there is a snag with that server.
This message was to the APRS-SIG and CCd to Joe KA3NAM, operator
of T2MCI... Joe - any ideas? I'm at ve7gdh at rac dot ca.
The following stations are currently connected to T2MCI. If any of these
stations are on this list, are they receiving any data via TCPIP?
