The .mil, .edu, and dot-notation addresses are all failing from here.  All
three say this:

And remember a W3-3 from a digi is the same as a W4-4 from a user. Not
really wanted in most places.  And if it is every 10 minteus like some
digi's used to be, that was why we needed EVERYONE to re-set their digis to
the New-N paradigm to drastically cut back the DIGI's own QRM too....

All of Bob's APRS pages are down.
The OS ate itself and we have people working rond the clock
to try to recover.  No end in sight...
