Hello Frank. Yes, thank you. I overlooked thanking you for pointing out
that exchange rates can vary over time and that coupled with fees that
PayPal deduct can make a slight difference in the amount of refund
being received. I made a payment of 22 Euros but was only refunded
19.4 Euros, hence my pointing out the discrepancy.

Thanks Frank, and that is what the majority have been saying though a
minority don't agree with that.
