Hello Mel , The point I wanted to make is the consequence of receiving a
refund through Paypal.
Of course I agree with you that Felix doesn't seem to be a reliable person
and that he should NOT use Packet(Radio) to advertise his 'services'.
If he wants to commercialise his invention/development in whatever way ,he
should refrain from using amateur radio for this purpose ,but handle it
through his web site.
