If Felix did that, he would no longer be able to sell his project Andy
because it would be freely available to everyone.
I have received an SP from one of those callsigns that Felix used for
promoting his commodity. I wonder why that callsign had to shout using
upper case capitals throughout. I wonder why, too, he didn't send his
testimony as an SB to @WW then all that use packet could have read his
evidence?
This station claims that as Felix designed the antenna that it is up to
him what he does with it. That he contributed because he feels that the
author should receive something for the intellectual rights and the will
of sharing it.
But Felix is NOT sharing it, if he was he would have shown the design on
packet so all could try it. It seems that this amateur who writes to me
in private, supports Felix use of packet for promoting his commercial
interests and he fails to mention the use of Ham radio to advertise and
then point to the website to ask for money directly!
What this amateur is forgetting or overlooking, is that I also contributed
but then I was told by email from Felix that he could not continue with
his project and that I could be refunded if I wanted to. Naturally I did
ask for my money back. Strange that then he should write claiming that he
did send the design to many stations, after saying that he could not
continue.
When are we going to see one of these stations that have received the
design on disc write to this topic with their own comments?
When is Felix going to respond to GM7HUD's request to know if he could
expect to receive the design for the cost of blank media and postage?
This mystery continues...
