The above comment is a "smoke screen" to hide the true facts.
The Oxford English Dictionary defines "guide" as being,
"A manual or book of instruction on a specified subject".
However, whether as a book or on a CD, is Felix now
claiming that he never published the following on his
Antenna Website?

Under the circumstances, I consider that my taking up HB9ABX's
offer of a refund to have been more sensible than continuing to
wait for a promise that never materialised by the promised date.
It would be interesting to see a list of Hams that this "guide"
has been mailed to?
I still remain out of pocket because I did not receive back the
same amount that I paid. Felix does not respond to this point!
