Hi Andy,
I had one in my hands for a very short while, so my experience of it is
limited. It did seem to work quite well, but as you suggested its analisis
seemed to only produce rough ballpark figures. It worked well in as much as it
was very small and portable, allowing you to plug a completely unknown anttena
into it and be given a rough idea of the band it was tuned to and its rough
impedence on that band.
It was absoluteley no use for fine tuning an antenna to a spot frequency, for
which other means would need to be used.
