Well here's the only one repeater I've found on 10m FM

 29.630   29.530   DF0MHR    GERMANY        Muelheim an der Ruhr          
 

But I think there are a few other repeaters active on this frequency.
Why do they want to wreck a good band by sticking VOIP repeaters on there?
