Well it's probably like when we used to use fast scan TV on the 70cm band.
There we used the whole of the band with little compassion for other users
of the band especially during lift conditions.
In fact the only time I saw your TV pictures was during a lift and if I
remember correctly the sesions were rather long. Little chance of other
(non-ATV) users of the band benefitting from the lift.

Which 10fm repeaters are on 29.630 ?

If the internet gateways are within the UK then surely they have the
gateway keeper in attendance and it would be upto him to decide whether or
not to keep it active during times when "the band is up".
