Hi Vlado.

No, baycom modem not possible via USB port adaptor.
Even on normal COM ports it work on Windows family OS 
only Win95, Win98, not more.

But possible to work under Linux with normal COM port and new PC's.

Possible the solution if Baycom modem don't work
on your new Windows PC.
