Well done paul- g4apl. good conncetion, how did you work out the path?
I am still confused as how you got to vk3rnu-1 as u wernt shown on
vk3rnu-2 which connects the local bbs's.

by the time i 'fell of the perch' i saw all your text on the screen of
the laptop and tried talkinmg back to you..looked like you had gone out
and then in the end it disconnected.

I usually am about by 9am as it takes me a while to get going. I leave
the laptop etc hooked up, idleing away.

Also andy g0ftd nearly got here to.

ok on going portable on the weekend. I should be able to get out as well
as the wx is better. I might go and sit at the local maccas or bike trak
and c if anyone is about. the time difference is a prob tho at my early
morning shud work ok.

anyway this is quite interesting and thanks all for the responce/interest.

generally the rf path to vk3bew-3 (portable) would be either vk3rgv-2
vk3rnu-2 to vk3rnu-1. These i think would be reached by vk3eee or vk3gwb
bbs's. which I think have telnet.

73's all
