Probably to run Winpack. Yeah, I know, you could run it with Win 3.1 &
BPQ, but it gave me more grief than success.

Win 95 with AGW made it a lot less frustrating. And I use a Baycom modem.
Good enough for me thus far. (did run TPK as the DOS mode packet program,
still a goodie!)
