Hi All,
Just to let all know that i have been using AGWPE for a few years
now,(Version 2001.22) and i haven't had any problems that i can recall.
My pc is a AMD K6-2 350mhz...400meg sdram,Windows XP PRo.
The tnc is a MFJ1270b with a dedicated chip in the tnc a 27c512,the first
half is programmed with 6pack and the second half is programmed with kiss
only.
This works well,so if i wish to run Flexnet32 drivers i just switch the
chip to 6pack,(a small toggle switch fitted to the front of the tnc which
switches 5volt to the chip)
It will interface with NBF206e a very good packet program.
NBF206e will run in host mode agw & flex32.
So when i run winpack or TstHwin,with agwpe,its a matter of switching the
chip to kiss only mode.
So if you have a MFJ1270b and a friend who can program a 27c512 with 6pack
or kiss only,you will have two choices,to play with.
So thats it..its a matter of trial and error...and experimenting...great
fun.
