No Gaelic football is very close to Australian football in that they can
run with the ball but must bounce it every so many yards - 10 in Oz Rules.
The Australian Football League actually arranges matches with the Gaelic
football players both in Ireland and over here. We play soccer here too.
The coaches come from the UK and Europe and the standard has now reached
world class as witness participation in the World Cup. We don't expect to
win it but we will go down fighting for sure.
