General information.
Last issue. Jon N0JK, wrote; I will be at the HC8N station Nov 19-25,

Bhutan, A5. Thanks to help from A51AA and W0GJ, KP2A, John Ackley, and
his XYL have tickets, visas and a license in hand to operate from their
"vacation" in Bhutan. KP2A will operate from the "Ham Center" as A52DX
September 11-18, 160-6M phone and CW. John says, "With a little bit of
luck, there will be online logs available at http://kp2a.vi/ during and
after the operation. This site, like most, is under construction now."

Bahama Isl., C6. C6ALW will be manned by K3TKJ, Al, August 14 - Septem-
ber 18, 40-6M concentrating on 6 with 20M his next choice. He will be
on both SSB and CW on 6 and SSB only on the other bands. N3DB, Dave,
will join him August 26-September 5. Al will be active in the Septem-
ber VHF contest. (QSP de The Daily DX #146)
Barbados, 8P. John, K4BAI, will be here December 10-17th. He plans to
be active in the ARRL 10 Meter Contest, on both modes, as 8P9Z and
using high power if an amp is available. Outside of the contest, look
for John to be active as 8P9HT on 160-6 meters CW/SSB. QSL both call-

Malta, 9H. Again a large group of Dutch amateurs will be going to Malta
for their 15th holiday/DXpedition. Due of this special occasion, they
have received a very special callsign 9H9PA to be used by their group.
Their operation will take place September 16th through October 6th. Ac-
tivity will be on VHF and 40-6 meters including the WARC bands, on all
modes including the digital ones. The QTH on Malta will be in the city
of Qawra (Grid Loc. JM75FV). The QSL Manager for 9H9PA will be: Anton
Kerkhof PA7DX, Blaublomke 2, 8401 MG Gorredijk, The Netherlands. They
will keep an on-line log at: http://www.vrza.nl (QSP de OPDX #573)
