This is to inform that on February 16th,17th,18th, 2002 the Volta Memorial
Day will take place (hours: 0800 to 2400 UTC every day).
La presente per informarvi che 16,17 e 18 Febbraio 2002 si terra' il Volta
Memorial Day (orario: 0800 alle 2400 UTA ogni giorno).
The Volta Memorial Station will be transmitting from a school in Pavia,
entitled to the great scientist, and it will be active on six meters as
well for all the time.
La Stazione Volta Memorial trasmettera' da una scuola di Pavia dedicata
alla memoria del grande scienziato e sara' attiva per tutto il periodo
anche sui sei metri.
The call of the Memorial Station is II2PV and the modes will be CW,SSB and
PSK31. Apart from six meters the Station will be active on HF as well.
Il nominativo della Stazione sara' II2PV e i modi saranno CW,SSB e PSK31.
La Stazione sara' attiva, oltre che sui sei metri anche sulle HF.
A Special QSL has been done for the Event, and who will make 3 successful
QSOs with the Station on three different bands will be eligble for an
Award Certificate.
E' stata preparata una QSL speciale per l'occasione e chi completera' tre
contatti con la Stazione potra' ricevere lo speciale Diploma.
