Hi all six'ers.
On Monday the 16th of April 2001, at approximately 15:00 UTC, there was
a DX contact made between some OM in Italy and ZR6MDK (Malcolm).
This QSO was on our 6m FM repeater here in Pretoria, KG34XH, on an input
of 51.150 MHz and output of 52.750 MHz.
However, OM Malcolm ZR6MDK did not get the Italy station call quite well.
He said it's something like I5MXX or something, with grid locator of JN53,
and the OM's name is Remo or Reno.
Please, if anybody know about this contact, or the OM that QSO'd with
Malcolm ZR6MDK, please contact me with your details. I think that this is
history made here in South Africa, since this is the first 6m repeater on
air, and the first DX contact made via our repeater.
