One of the problems that I have seen pop up every so often is when a new
packet user bounces around the network and registers on each bbs that they
come in contact with. This by itself is not the problem, but not keeping
all of the HOME BBS entries the same is where it gets confusing. Imagine
registering on systems all across the country or around the world and not
filling in the HOME BBS entry properly with the one place where you want
to receive your personal packet mail. You could have orphaned messages all
over an not even know it! Take the time to decide the one bbs system that
you want to receive your personal packet mail and make sure that all of
the systems that you registered on has the same address.
