Greetings to all readers.
Indeed it is good to see Sara, AB7PS, back on
packet. Yesterday K.O. was monitoring the BBS as he
does much of the time, and he told me Sara was connected.
She sent me a P-mail and I quickly wrote a reply and sent
it to the BBS. Sara received my message and responded to
it while she was connected. It was almost like a keyboard
contact. Tonight while K.O. was again monitoring the BBS.
Sara connected. I sent another message over to the BBS
to her. Maybe we can keep in touch more closely now. I
hope so.
Peter, I hope Maria is again enjoying sunne and that the
tropical storm passed quickly with no damage.
And, it is a good thing to sleep a little late now and then.
That is one of the advantages of being retired!
Our temperature reached a high of 72 today and the sun was
shining. We did have wind at 20 to 30 mph and gusts up to
40 mph, though. Wind is our least favorite weather condition.
Now folks in our area are concerned that this false spring
will cause the fruit trees to bud too soon and be damaged by
frost before actual spring arrives.
That's it until next time.
73, Billie
