Subject: PA /Filter board removal?

Greetings FT817 fans.

I've just removed the filter/pa board out of the chassis for a visual
inspection check (which proved unecessary) in the end.

Now I find that there's a dratted 3 pin interconnection (Harwin pin)
thing that makes the refitting of the the PA/Filter reassembly difficult.

It connects the Main PCB to the PA/Filter PCB together.

The problem is getting the darn Harwin pin connector to mate up properly
with the main PCB, if you've taken one apart you'll know what I mean.

Is there a trick to getting it in, or will I have to unsolder it,
place it in the main PCB first, then remate the PCB's and resolder the
3 pins once the PA/FILTER pcb is in place?

I have the Yaesu technical supplement docs, but they lack good enough
assembly / disassembly instructions (grrrr).
